Walk over tubed Mill Creek and visit Pennsylvania’s Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home’s Veterans Memorial Cemetery and the Wayne Blockhouse. Reconnect with Erie’s first neighborhood and finally learn the real reason why Parade Street has its name.
