Preservation Happy Hour

The May 7th Preservation Happy Hour will include a short talk by slate roofer, BARRY SMITH, on co-housing. Co-housing is a type of intentional community composed of private homes that included some shared facilities.

This Preservation Happy Hour will include a short discussion on forming a JUST BUY IT group and very brief updates from organizations / individuals working to repurpose structures. Co-hosted by City Councilman Dave Brennan and Civitas Erie member Lisa Austin, these events are free and open to the public.
